In terms of wind, the mesh liner, thin shell and Alpha insulation do a good job in light winds. In particularly bad conditions, we’d recommend a light rain jacket on top. However, it does dry fairly quickly so for use in light rain spells, it actually isn’t bad. Even in light rain this jacket can get pretty wet and can soak through easily.
